Privacy Policy
Last updated August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information JungledIn collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
JungledIn is a service provided by Adam Tech Holdings, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company located at 1717 N Naper Blvd, Suite 200, Naperville, IL 60563.
What we collect
- Account information: company name, your name, email address, phone number, and business address.
- Team member information: if your account has invited team members, their email address and which sections of the Service they're permitted to access. Team members can view and make changes to the account's shared business data for whichever sections they've been granted access to — granting access is a decision the account owner makes and controls, not JungledIn. We keep an internal log of every invite, permission change, and removal made on an account (who made the change, to whom, and when) for the account owner's own reference and for security/support purposes.
- Business records you create or upload: vendors, purchase orders, customers, invoices, expenses, warehouse inventory, and the columns you map from vendor files (product identifiers, cost, SKU, description, quantity, and any other columns you include), saved as point-in-time records.
- Amazon marketplace data: pricing, fees, sales rank, and listing information associated with the products in your uploads, and — for the FBA Repricer — the price history and simulated competitor pricing used to reprice your listings.
- Amazon Seller Account access: if you connect your Amazon Seller Central account, we receive an authorization token via Amazon's own login flow — we never see or store your Amazon password. We access your real order, listing, pricing, and inventory data to provide the Service. Once you've granted the Finance and Accounting permission, we also pull your real transaction-level fee and revenue data (referral fees, FBA fulfillment fees, and net proceeds per order) so figures shown in your Dashboard and Profit & Loss report are actual amounts rather than estimates. Any Amazon customer personal information we access through this connection is used only for order fulfillment and tax purposes and is deleted no later than 30 days after the associated order ships.
- eBay Seller Account access: if you connect your eBay account, we receive an authorization token via eBay's own login flow, and access your eBay order and listing data to provide the Multi Platform Selling feature. We never see or store your eBay password.
- Bank/credit card account access (Plaid): if you connect a real bank or credit card account, we receive an access token via Plaid's own Link flow — we never see or store your online banking credentials. We access the connected account's name, institution, and current balance, and its transaction history (date, amount, and merchant name for each transaction) so you can review and, if you choose, save individual transactions as expense records. A transaction is never saved as an expense automatically — it's stored only as something for you to review until you confirm it.
- Point-of-sale account access (Square, Clover): if you connect a point-of-sale account, we receive an access token via that provider's own authorization flow — we never see or store your POS login credentials. We access completed sale transactions from the connected account (items sold, quantities, prices, and timestamps) to keep your Liquidation Load Tracker sell-through and profit figures current.
- Basic technical data: IP address and request activity, used only for security purposes like rate-limiting abusive requests and detecting when a login is being used from more than one place at once.
- Business profile and logo: the business name, address, contact info, and logo image you optionally add to your Business Profile, used to show your own branding in the app and on Purchase Order/Invoice PDFs you generate.
- AI feature conversations: if you use AI Listing Optimizer or Adam, the product details or messages you enter are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Adam's conversations aren't saved after you close or reload the chat; AI Listing Optimizer drafts are saved to your account like any other business record, until you delete them.
- Demo requests: if you request a demo, we collect the company name, email, phone number, and country you provide, to create and deliver your demo login and to follow up about your interest in JungledIn.
- Confidentiality Agreement signature: before using a demo or a new account, you're required to electronically sign our Confidentiality, Non-Use, and Identity Agreement. We record the full legal name, business name, title, and email address you enter, plus your IP address, browser/device information, and the date and time, as the permanent record of that signature. This record is kept indefinitely as evidence of what you agreed to and represented, and is not deleted even if the account it's associated with is later closed or removed.
- FBA Reimbursements case evidence and commission agreement signature: if you activate FBA Reimbursements, we record a separate electronic signature (the same full legal name, business name, title, email, IP address, browser/device information, and date/time as the Confidentiality Agreement above) for our FBA Reimbursements Commission Agreement. If you choose to pursue a Finding, any Amazon case ID and correspondence you upload as evidence is stored so you and we can both reference what was found, filed, and paid — this is never submitted to Amazon on your behalf.
- Billing information: if you purchase a paid service, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you've purchased, your billing history, and your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers.
- Historical documents you upload for Data Migration: if you use the Data Migration tool to bring over records from before you started using JungledIn — bank statements, credit card statements, invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, or aging reports — we store the file itself along with the category and label you give it. These documents are never opened, viewed, or downloaded by JungledIn staff through the app; only the filename, category, and upload date are ever visible to us, for support purposes only. Every file is scanned for malware before it's stored, and any file that fails the scan is rejected and never saved.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service — processing your uploads, connections, and requests and showing you results.
- Run the FBA Repricer within the price bounds you've configured, and the FBA Reimbursements scan against your own shipment and inventory records.
- Maintain your account, including login, password reset, and email verification.
- Protect the Service and its users — detecting abuse, enforcing rate limits, preventing fraud, and enforcing one active session per login.
- Send you transactional emails you've requested (verification links, password resets, team invitations). We don't send marketing email without your consent.
- Generate AI Listing Optimizer drafts and Adam's chat responses, by sending the relevant product details or your message to our AI provider.
- Bill you for paid services and process payments through Stripe.
- Scan every file you upload for malware before storing it.
How we protect it
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database and encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed — we never store them in plain text and can't see or recover your actual password. We require a strong password and rate-limit repeated failed login attempts on every account to guard against password-guessing. Access to production data is limited to the people operating JungledIn, and access to Amazon marketplace data specifically is governed by our internal data handling policy maintained in connection with our Amazon Selling Partner API obligations.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and business records for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us — we'll delete it within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to retain records for legal or security reasons. If you disconnect a linked Amazon, eBay, bank/credit card (Plaid), or point-of-sale (Square/Clover) account, we delete the associated authorization token promptly; transaction and balance data already pulled from that connection remains part of your account records unless you separately delete it. Any Amazon customer personal information is deleted no later than 30 days after the associated order ships, regardless of whether your account remains active. If you remove a team member, their login is deleted, but business records they created remain part of your account.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with other JungledIn customers or use it for advertising. We share the minimum necessary data with the service providers that let us run JungledIn:
- Render — our hosting and database provider.
- Cloudflare (R2) — stores uploaded documents, business-profile files, and your logo.
- VirusTotal — every file you upload (including Data Migration documents) is scanned here for malware before we store it. VirusTotal receives the file itself for this purpose only.
- Resend — sends verification, password-reset, and team-invitation emails on our behalf.
- Anthropic — receives the product details you enter into AI Listing Optimizer and the messages you send to Adam, to generate a response. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models on our behalf under our agreement with them.
- Stripe — processes payments and stores your payment method and billing history.
- Amazon (Selling Partner API) — only for the products, orders, and (once granted) real financial transaction data you access, and only once your Amazon account is connected.
- eBay — only for the listings and orders you submit, and only once your eBay account is connected.
- Plaid — only for the bank/credit card account balance and transaction data you access, and only once you've connected an account through Plaid Link.
- Square and Clover — only for the point-of-sale sale transaction data you access, and only once you've connected an account with that provider.
- Sentry — receives crash reports and error diagnostics so we can find and fix bugs. Passwords, tokens, cookies, and personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, payment details) are automatically stripped out before anything is sent to Sentry.
