Terms of Service

Last updated August 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JungledIn ("JungledIn," "we," "us") and all of its tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

JungledIn is a service provided by Adam Tech Holdings, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company located at 1717 N Naper Blvd, Suite 200, Naperville, IL 60563.

1. What JungledIn does

The Service includes, and may in the future include:

  • Business Operations — vendors, purchase orders, customers, and invoices.
  • Business Finance— accounts, cash flow, budgets, receivables/payables, expense tracking, bookkeeping import, and profit & loss reporting. This is a record-keeping aid, not tax, accounting, or financial advice — you're responsible for your own filings and for verifying figures with your accountant. You can optionally connect a real bank or credit card account (via Plaid) so its balance stays current automatically and its transactions are ready for you to review — see Section 2 for how that connection works and what it does and doesn't do on its own.
  • Warehouse Inventory — SKU catalog, purchase shipments, and landed-cost tracking.
  • Bulk FBA Calculator — bulk profit/ROI analysis for wholesale inventory files against Amazon marketplace data.
  • FBA Reimbursements — scans your shipment and inventory records for potential discrepancies (lost, damaged, or miscounted inventory) that may be eligible for an Amazon reimbursement, and prepares a report for you to review.
  • FBA Repricer — adjusts your Amazon listing prices automatically, but only within the minimum and maximum price you set per SKU.
  • Multi Platform Selling — lists your FBA inventory on eBay and synchronizes orders and inventory counts between the two.
  • Product & Niche Finder, Keyword & ASIN Research— research tools for evaluating Amazon product opportunities and keywords. Results are estimates for your own research and decision-making, not a guarantee of sales, ranking, or opportunity. Niche Finder also includes a "Source" link that opens a search on a third-party marketplace (currently Alibaba.com) — see Section 2 for what that link is and isn't.
  • Reorder & Forecasting— projects when to reorder inventory based on your own sell-through history and the manufacturing lead time you provide. A projection, not a guarantee you won't stock out or overstock.
  • Review Health Monitor & Hijacker Alerts — flags rating changes, reviews that may be worth reporting to Amazon, and possible unauthorized-seller/Buy-Box activity on your listings, based on the data available to it. It does not take any action on Amazon on your behalf — you decide what to do with an alert.
  • AI Listing Optimizer— generates draft Amazon listing copy (title, bullets, description, search terms) using a third-party AI model. Generated drafts are for your review and editing, are never published automatically, and may contain inaccuracies — you're responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content for accuracy and Amazon policy compliance before you use it.
  • Liquidation Load Tracker — tracks cost, pricing, and sell-through for physical liquidation/bin-store inventory, including generating barcodes for your own internal point-of-sale use (not real manufacturer UPC/GS1 codes). You can optionally connect a real point-of-sale account (Square or Clover) so units sold at your register sync in automatically — see Section 2 for how that connection works.
  • Data Migration— lets you upload historical business records from before you started using JungledIn (bank statements, credit card statements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading, among others) so they're kept in one place. Every file is scanned for malware before it's stored, and files that fail the scan are rejected. This is a document archive, not an import — uploaded documents are not automatically read into your other JungledIn records.
  • Adam— an in-app AI chat assistant, also using a third-party AI model, that answers questions about how to use JungledIn. It does not have access to your business data (your orders, inventory, financials, etc.) and doesn't give tax, legal, or investment advice — its answers may be inaccurate and shouldn't be relied on as a substitute for your own judgment or a qualified professional.
  • Team accounts — an account owner may invite additional people to work within their account and choose which of the above sections each person can access.

Amazon and eBay data shown in the Service reflects a point in time and, until you connect your own Amazon or eBay account, may be simulated for demonstration purposes — we clearly indicate when results reflect live marketplace data versus estimates.

AI features.AI Listing Optimizer and Adam use a third-party AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to generate content and responses. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, out of date, or wrong — it's a starting point for your own review, never a substitute for your own judgment, and we clearly label these features as AI-generated wherever they appear.

2. Authorization and control — everything we do, we do on your instruction

JungledIn never takes an action on Amazon or eBay on your behalf except where you have explicitly configured or authorized it, and you can revoke that authorization at any time. In particular:

  • We connect to your Amazon Seller Central or eBay account only through their own official authorization flow, which you initiate and can disconnect at any time from your Settings page.
  • Bank/credit card connections (Plaid)are made only through Plaid's own official Link flow, which you initiate and can disconnect at any time from Business Finance → Accounts. We never see or store your online banking password. A transaction pulled from a connected account is never saved as a real expense on its own — it's shown to you for review, with a suggested category, the same way an uploaded bank statement is, and only becomes part of your records once you confirm it. Balances refresh automatically; transactions do not import or save themselves without your review.
  • Point-of-sale connections (Square, Clover)are made only through that provider's own official authorization flow, which you initiate and can disconnect at any time from Liquidation Load Tracker. We never see or store your POS account password. Unlike a bank connection, a completed sale synced from a connected POS account is recorded directly as a real sale in Liquidation Load Tracker without a separate review step, the same way manually entering a sale at checkout would be — because it is a straightforward count of units sold, it does not need the kind of categorization judgment a bank transaction does. A synced sale can never exceed the units you actually have left of that item.
  • FBA Repriceronly changes a listing's price within the minimum and maximum bounds you set for that SKU — it will never price below your floor or above your ceiling. You are solely responsible for setting bounds that comply with any pricing agreements you have with brands or manufacturers (including minimum advertised price, or "MAP," agreements) and with Amazon's pricing policies. JungledIn is not a substitute for your own pricing judgment or your compliance obligations to Amazon or your suppliers.
  • FBA Reimbursements never files a claim with Amazon on your behalf. It identifies potential discrepancies and prepares supporting documentation for you to review; you decide whether, when, and how to file with Amazon. You are responsible for the accuracy and eligibility of any claim you choose to submit.
  • Multi Platform Selling creates eBay listings as unpublished drafts by default — nothing is published, and no order is fulfilled, without an action you take.
  • Third-party vendor and marketplace links.Niche Finder's "Source" button (and any similar link elsewhere in the Service) opens a search on a third-party marketplace — currently Alibaba.com — built from that listing's own keywords, to help you start a supplier search. It is not a verified or recommended manufacturer match, and any vendor, supplier, or manufacturer you find through it, or through any other third-party link in the Service, is a business you find and deal with entirely on your own. JungledIn has no business relationship, contract, affiliation, or communication with that vendor, and does not vet, endorse, verify, or take any responsibility for its identity, legitimacy, product quality, pricing, capacity, intellectual property rights, legal compliance, or ability to fulfill an order. You are solely responsible for independently vetting, verifying, negotiating and contracting with, and paying any vendor you engage with this way, and for any dispute, financial loss, fraud, defective or non-conforming goods, intellectual property claim, or other harm arising from your dealings with that vendor. JungledIn is not a party to, and has no liability under, any transaction between you and a third-party vendor.
  • Team accounts— you, as the account owner, are solely responsible for deciding who gets access to your account, what each person can access, and for removing that access when it's no longer appropriate (for example, when someone leaves your company or changes roles). Granting a team member access to a section of the Service means that person can view and make changes within that section on your behalf — Business Operations, Business Finance, and Warehouse Inventory access includes the ability to create, edit, and delete records (vendors, purchase orders, invoices, expenses, inventory items, and uploaded documents) and, where the applicable module is connected, take actions that affect your live Amazon or eBay listings, pricing, or orders. We treat any action taken under a team member's login as an action you authorized. You are responsible for promptly removing a team member's access from Settings → Team when access should end for any reason. We keep a record of every invite, access change, and removal on your account for your reference.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account — including activity by any team member you've invited. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Each individual login may only be active in one browser/session at a time; if you need more than one person using the Service simultaneously, invite them as a team member rather than sharing your login.

You are responsible for periodically reviewing who has access to your account (Settings → Team) and removing anyone whose access should no longer continue. JungledIn does not monitor or judge whether a given team member's access is still appropriate — that determination, and acting on it, is yours to make.

Demo accounts.A demo login requested through our public demo signup is for evaluation purposes only, is pre-loaded with sample data (not real Amazon/eBay data), and expires automatically after a limited number of logins or a limited number of days, whichever comes first. Demo accounts aren't billed and aren't intended for ongoing business use.

4. Billing and payment

Services you add are billed monthly in advance, on a calendar-anchored cycle (the 1st of each month) — if you start or add a service partway through a month, we charge a prorated amount for the remainder of that month at signup, then the full monthly amount from the 1st going forward. There is no separate setup fee, free trial, or annual billing option — you pay only the recurring monthly total for what you've added. Prices for each service are shown on the Services page before you check out.

You can cancel any individual service at any time from the Services page — cancellation stops future billing for that service; it doesn't refund amounts already charged for the current period. You can close your account entirely from Settings → Close Account; you keep access through the end of what you've already paid for, and can undo a closure request any time before then.

Payments are processed by Stripe — we don't store your full card number ourselves. See Stripe's own terms for how they handle payment data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate Amazon's or eBay's seller policies, API license agreements, pricing policies (including Amazon's Fair Pricing Policy), or any applicable law.
  • Configure the FBA Repricer in a way intended to engage in price-fixing, price gouging, or coordinated pricing with other sellers.
  • Use FBA Reimbursements findings to submit claims you know to be inaccurate, duplicative, or ineligible.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access other users' data, including data belonging to another account's team.
  • Share a single login among multiple people instead of using team accounts.
  • Upload files containing malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the inventory, accounting, customer, and other business data you upload or connect. You grant us permission to process that data solely to provide the Service to you (see our Privacy Policy for details). We don't sell your data or use it to train models for other customers.

7. No guarantee of results

Amazon and eBay pricing, fees, sales rank, buy-box ownership, listing availability, and reimbursement eligibility all change constantly and are outside our control. JungledIn shows potential profitability, repricing outcomes, and reimbursement opportunities based on the data available to it at the time — none of this is a guarantee of sales, profit, buy box ownership, reimbursement approval, or that any product will remain sellable. You're responsible for verifying margin, sellability, pricing compliance, and business fit before relying on any result the Service shows you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JungledIn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, failed purchases, denied or reversed reimbursements, pricing or MAP violations, Amazon or eBay account actions (including suspension, deactivation, or loss of selling privileges), rank changes, or price changes, or any dispute, loss, or fraud involving a third-party vendor or supplier — arising from your use of the Service, including from the price bounds and strategy you configure in the FBA Repricer, the reimbursement claims you choose to file based on the Service's findings, relying on AI-generated content from AI Listing Optimizer or Adam without your own review, or contacting a vendor through Niche Finder's "Source" link or any other third-party marketplace link in the Service (see Section 2). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Confidentiality

Every account is bound by our Confidentiality, Non-Use, and Identity Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference — this applies to a real, paying customer's account exactly the same as it does to a demo or evaluation account (whether a self-serve demo you requested or one shown to you by a JungledIn representative); it is not limited to demo or trial use. That agreement is presented and must be separately accepted, by name, before any new account — demo or paying — can be used. This section exists so its confidentiality and non-use obligations also apply as a matter of these Terms, independent of whether that separate acceptance step is ever bypassed or skipped for any reason.

11. FBA Reimbursements Commission Fee

FBA Reimbursements scans your own Amazon data for discrepancies that may indicate Amazon owes you money, but it does not file claims with Amazon on your behalf — you decide whether to pursue a Finding and file it yourself through your own Seller Central account. If you activate FBA Reimbursements, you agree to pay us a fee equal to ten percent (10%) of any amount Amazon actually pays you as a direct result of a Finding the Service identifies. This fee applies only to amounts Amazon has actually paid, never to an estimated amount you haven't pursued or that Amazon has denied, and it is invoiced separately from your JungledIn subscription once we've confirmed the amount you report. Activating FBA Reimbursements requires separately reading and signing our FBA Reimbursements Commission Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs the full terms of this fee — this section exists so those obligations also apply as a matter of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
